No 1/48th mainstream of this iconic US Navy fighter has been released so it was an obvious choice for us to cover. We scanned the example at the excellent PIMA Air and Space Museum back in 2023 and have been lately perfecting our CAD model. 
For an aircraft with limited service usage the choice of paint schemes is really extensive and we think that modellers will appreciate the ones that we have chosen. The airframe is quite compact and the Tiger was one of the first aircraft to be armed with Sidewinders which adds interest. Both the Grumman seat and the later Martin Baker one are included in the kit as well as the Aero 300 gallon tanks are included in the kit.
