Missing or Delayed Parcels
It is rare for parcels to be lost but not uncommon for them to be delayed.
Loss Claims
Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not accept UK loss claims until 15 working days after posting (10 for Special Delivery) and 25 working days for international orders. These timeframes have doubled following Covid-related disruptions.
Damage Claims
You must retain damaged items and packaging in case Royal Mail or Parcelforce request inspection.
