We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return goods within 7 working days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email sales@dbmk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns of items where the seals have been broken and the box opened.
- You must obtain a certificate of posting when returning goods.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items.
